Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and maintain a smooth booking system, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellations - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - For cancellations made on the same day of the appointment or if you fail to attend without notice, the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling - Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment at no extra cost. - Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session price. - Same-day rescheduling is not available. In this case, it will be treated as a cancellation. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@yourhappyjourney.com or through our website's contact form.
