From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. Your happy Journey is a place where I share with people how to be a better version of themselves. I always tried to seek the answer to what is happiness.
Today I can proudly say I have found the answer. Happiness is within us. Dalai Lama said "happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions." I strongly believe in this quote. Our wellness and wellbeing are linked to our happiness and how we perceive things in life.
Through my articles, I want to share everything I read and do, so that I can continue to be a better version of myself. I am by far have not achieved my goal. It is a long process, but I am happy that I have chosen this journey. In this digitized and modern world where almost everyone is trying to work harder to achieve a better work position or accumulate wealth, we tend to forget our wellness and wellbeing. We tend to focus so much on the external and physical appearance that we started to neglect our mental health. We forgot the happiness we used to obtain from small things when we were a kid. We had the happiest mental state.
2020 has been a very difficult year for everyone and I believe there is no better time than this year to start taking care of what truly matters to us.
