Hi, I’m Vee — a mum, wife, and wellbeing coach. I understand what it feels like to juggle life’s demands while trying to stay grounded, healthy, and purposeful.

With a background in work health and safety and a deep passion for real, sustainable wellbeing, I now support individuals through one-to-one coaching and wellbeing tools that make daily life feel more manageable.

My Story

In 2020, when the world suddenly paused, I found myself completely out of tune — body, mind, and soul.


When life is constantly moving, it can be hard to notice just how disconnected you feel. But with the world on pause and the volume of life’s noise turned down, that sense of being out of sync became impossible to ignore. I felt overwhelmed, unbalanced, and uncertain — unsure of how to reconnect with what truly mattered.

Determined to make a change, I started Your Happy Journey as a blog to explore and share the small, meaningful shifts I was discovering. I focused on simple habits, moments of mindfulness, and slowing down enough to really listen to myself. These practices helped me realign, and over time, I began sharing them with others who were feeling the same way.

As the journey evolved, I realised this wasn’t just a personal issue — I saw the same quiet struggle in people all around me. Those who were stressed, stretched thin, and unsupported weren’t just tired — they couldn’t show up as their best.


The truth is: when wellbeing is neglected, it affects everything. But when each person feels truly supported, the ripple effect is powerful. We feel better. We show up better. We live better.
