Meet Vee
Hi, I’m Vee, Founder and workplace wellbeing consultant at Your Happy Journey, with over eight years’ experience in work health and safety. My work sits at the intersection of WHS, psychosocial risk, and how work is designed and experienced by people day to day.

Over the years, I’ve seen how well intentioned systems, pressure, and ways of working can quietly erode wellbeing, engagement, and performance. This has shaped my focus on psychosocial health and the practical changes organisations can make to reduce strain, strengthen culture, and support people to do their work well.

I work with individuals and organisations to create sustainable improvements in wellbeing, grounded in real working life rather than short term fixes. I believe wellbeing should be supported in ways that can be maintained over time, and approaches that create long term strain don’t align with how I work.
Our vision
To create a world where wellbeing is embedded in how work is designed and experienced, and where individuals and workplaces feel confident prioritising sustainable ways of working as a foundation, not a bonus.
Our Mission
To support workplaces and individuals to improve how work is designed and experienced through practical, sustainable wellbeing solutions that strengthen wellbeing, performance, and organisational confidence.
The Problem
Work has become increasingly demanding, fast paced, and complex, and people and organisations are feeling the strain.

Behind full calendars and constant activity, many workers feel mentally drained, emotionally fatigued, and disconnected from their work. There is ongoing pressure to perform, respond, and stay productive, with little space to pause, reflect, or recover.
In workplaces, this often shows up as quiet burnout, reduced engagement, and a sense that people are coping rather than thriving. Leaders and organisations may recognise something is not working, but feel unsure how to address wellbeing in a way that is practical, sustainable, and meaningful.

Over time, the impact extends beyond individuals. It affects team culture, decision making, performance, and organisational reputation.

The truth is, the way work is designed and experienced matters. When work consistently takes more than it gives, wellbeing, performance, and trust begin to erode.

Organisations are increasingly seeking approaches that support people without sacrificing outcomes, and that create ways of working that are healthier, more human, and sustainable for the long term.

This is where Your Happy Journey comes in.

The Solution
At Your Happy Journey, we help organisations step back and rethink how work is designed, experienced, and supported.

Rather than asking people to cope better within unhealthy systems, we work with workplaces to understand what is really happening beneath the surface and where work is placing unnecessary strain on people.

Through a thoughtful, human first approach, we support organisations to build clarity, confidence, and practical ways forward. Our work focuses on creating sustainable changes that support wellbeing, strengthen culture, and improve how people feel and perform at work.
The result is work that functions better for everyone, where people feel supported, engaged, and able to do their best work without sacrificing their wellbeing.
