  • Can I join the program if I have a busy schedule?
    Absolutely! This program is specifically designed for busy individuals. Sessions are flexible and scheduled at your convenience, and the tools provided are practical and easy to integrate into your daily life. If you can’t find a booking time that suits your schedule, please contact me at Vee@yourhappyjourney.com, and I’ll do my best to arrange a session that works for you.
  • What will I need to prepare for the session?
    If you purchased the full program, all pre-session activities for the entire program will be sent to you upon purchase. If you choose to pay per session, you’ll receive a weekly email with the activities after each payment. These simple pre-session activities, such as reflective worksheets or trackers, will guide our discussions and help personalise your journey.
  • Do I need any special tools or materials for the program?
    No special tools are required, as all templates, worksheets, and resources will be provided digitally and can be accessed from any device. However, you may choose to bring a journal to take notes and record your reflections during the sessions.
  • What happens after the program ends?
    After completing the program, you’ll have access to all the tools and strategies we’ve covered, so you can continue implementing them on your own. If you’d like ongoing support, additional coaching sessions can be arranged.
